How I priced this
Independent trainers charge roughly $1,500 to $3,500 a day for live virtual delivery, and $350 to $900 per seat for self-paced courses, by Ruzuku's own working estimates rather than survey data (Ruzuku, How to Price Training Courses, 2026). Those ranges are context, not my price list, and I do not price by comparison to them.
What sets the number is what the seat costs me to deliver: a live room built around practice. Every offer on this page shows a sample of what you get before you pay, so the price is checkable rather than argued. Private sessions are built around your team's schedule and headcount.

Each session includes 25 people, and every person after that adds $40. The live harassment prevention sessions are priced for 50 employees (one hour) or 35 supervisors (two hours), and larger groups are quoted by headcount. Travel outside the Bay Area is billed at cost and agreed in writing first.

Questions
Why is harassment prevention priced by the session and not per employee?
Because the per employee number is how a compliance vendor wins on price and loses the room. Online harassment courses run $5 to $20 per employee in 2026, with listed programs around $12.95 per employee and volume discounts beginning above 50 seats (Coggno, Sexual Harassment Training Cost in 2026). Those are recordings. Nobody remembers them a week later.
A live session at $1,800 for 50 people works out to $36 a head, and it is a real conversation with a person who has handled the complaints that come after. California requires training every two years for employers with five or more employees, one hour for employees and two hours for supervisors, under Government Code 12950.1. You are paying for that requirement to be met by something people actually sit through.
Do you offer a reduced rate?
Yes. Nonprofits, schools and public agencies pay 25% less on seats and 15% less on private sessions. Tell me on the consult and it is applied, no form and no proof of hardship.
What happens if the cohort is not right for me?
Refunds may be provided prior to the start of the course. Private sessions follow the dates on the refunds page.
Can I pay through my employer?
Yes, and most people do. ATD's 2026 State of the Industry puts direct learning spend at $846 per employee for 2025, down from $1,254 the year before, while formal learning hours rose from 13.7 to 16.7. Employers bought more hours and paid far less for each one. These seats are the opposite trade, and that is the case your manager has to hear.
I send a real invoice with a W-9, net 30, and a one page description of the program your manager can forward without editing. If your company needs a purchase order or a vendor onboarding packet, say so on the consult and I will handle it rather than making you chase it.
