Help run the room
A company that teaches people how to run a fair room should hire like one. Every posting here carries the pay scale up front, says plainly whether the job is exempt or non-exempt, and describes the work as what you will produce, not a list of chores.
One role is open: a paid internship for summer 2027, remote anywhere in the U.S. on Pacific time hours. Nothing else is open right now.

| Role | Location | Pay scale | Class |
|---|---|---|---|
| Facilitation Operations Intern, Paid, Summer 2027 | Remote, U.S. (Pacific time) | $24.00 to $28.00 per hour | Non-exempt |
The scale is benchmarked to San Francisco Bay Area market rates and published the way California Labor Code section 432.3 requires of larger employers. Remote roles are paid on the Bay Area scale wherever you live. The employer is Urban Human Resources, the parent company of Online Facilitation Skills.
Know the company before you apply
Online Facilitation Skills is a brand of Urban Human Resources: same founder, same standards, aimed at one job, which is teaching the HR teams, managers and trainers who run live sessions. I would rather hire someone who understands that than someone who needs it explained.
So spend twenty minutes on this site first. The application asks which page you read and what you would change on it.
What I teach
Live programs, self-paced courses and free tools, all built around what people do the Monday after.
How the work runs
Consult, behavior definition, design, delivery, handoff and a thirty day check. This is the sequence you would help run.
Who is behind it
McKinley Malbrough III, J.D., MS-HRM, teaching online since 2017 and working through Urban Human Resources.
How hiring works
- Every application is read in full, by me.
- A thirty-minute video interview.
- A working conversation: you walk me through a page on this site you would improve.
- Reference check, then an offer.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through spring 2027. Strong interns are considered first for future openings.

Nothing open that fits?
Send a note anyway. Contract work comes up in instructional design, session production and research.
