Solutions

What is going wrong

Start from the symptom. Each one leads to the program that treats it.

Most people arrive with a symptom and not a course title: people leave early, cameras go off, the AI notetaker changes how anyone speaks, a hard moment derails the hour, or the budget review asks what the training changed. Each page below starts from one of those symptoms, explains what usually causes it in a live session, and shows the program, article or free tool that treats it. Read the symptom that sounds most like your last session. If you are not sure which one it is, the free consult is a quick way to find out.

What I help with

Run better live sessions

People leave, cameras go off, nothing lands.

Train my own trainers

One person carries every session and cannot scale.

Use AI without losing the room

Drafting faster without flattening your voice.

Handle hard moments

Conflict, silence, layoffs, the person who takes over.

Prove the training worked

A report that survives a budget review.

The four questions people ask first

Why do people stay on mute in virtual training?

Most training is built for people who already know the unwritten rules, so quieter and first-generation professionals read as disengaged when the room was never built for them. Fix the design: chat, polls, written reflection and small breakouts. Read why camera off is not disengagement.

Why does nobody finish our online training?

Recorded, self-paced courses see 10 to 20% finish, while live cohort programs see 85 to 96% finish (Ruzuku, State of Online Courses 2026, September 2026). Live, small groups with practice are what carry people to the end. See why recorded training does not finish.

How do I stop one person talking for most of a meeting?

Redesign the running order so people write, pair and speak in a round before anyone presents, and close every meeting with owners, dates and action items. Run better live sessions.

Can AI build our training for us?

AI can draft the material faster. It cannot notice the person who stopped typing, so the line is AI drafts, a human decides. Use AI without losing the room.
