Free live sessions

Events

Free live sessions for the people who run the room: trainers, HR teams, managers and educators. Every session is online and free, and you practice the move during the hour instead of just hearing about it. Registrants get a 48-hour replay.

The First Ten Minutes: Open Any Virtual Session So People Actually Talk

Format: Online (Zoom). Free.

Who it's for: Trainers, HR teams, managers, educators and anyone who runs meetings or training on Zoom.

Most virtual sessions are decided in the first ten minutes. If nobody talks by then, nobody talks at all. McKinley runs the opening live on the group, then breaks down the three moves that get a quiet room talking. You will draft the opening for your next real session, and you can bring your hard rooms to the Q&A: cameras off, one person dominating, nobody answering.

AI in the Room: Notetakers, AI Tools and Trust in Meetings and Training

Format: Online (Zoom). Free.

Who it's for: HR teams, managers and trainers deciding how AI notetakers and tools fit their meetings and training.

AI notetakers now sit in meetings and trainings by default, and people talk differently when they know they are being recorded. McKinley covers where AI tools help a session, where they quietly cost trust, and the ground rules to set: consent, what gets recorded, and who sees it. Then he takes questions live.
