What if you cancel?
If I cancel a session, a refund may be provided, along with first refusal on the rescheduled date at the price you originally paid.
What if I miss a session in a cohort?
Sessions are not recorded by default, because recording changes what people are willing to say. You may receive the plan, the slides and the prompts for the session you missed, and may sit in on that session in a later cohort, if one is offered.
Virtual Facilitation Certification, Cohort 1: Sessions 1 to 7 are expected to be recorded for make-up use only and shared only with enrolled participants, because the program allows one make-up by recording plus a short written reflection. Session 8 has a written make-up.
Reduced rate seats
The nonprofit rate follows the same policy. It does not apply to Virtual Facilitation Certification, Cohort 1, whose prices are listed on its page.
Merchandise
Merchandise is printed to order for you and ships within the United States for $7.95. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or not what you ordered, email info@onlinefacilitationskills.com within 30 days with a photo and you get a replacement or a full refund. Because each piece is made after you order, I cannot take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size.
