| Private session | No refund; one free reschedule within 90 days | Under 7 days |
| Downloaded templates and materials | No refund once downloaded | n/a |
Refunds return to the original payment method and take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
What if you cancel?
You get every dollar back, whether or not the session has started, plus first refusal on the rescheduled date at the price you originally paid.
What if I miss a session in a cohort?
Sessions are not recorded by default, because recording changes what people are willing to say. You get the plan, the slides and the prompts for the session you missed, and you can sit in on that session in the following cohort at no cost.
Reduced rate seats and free seats
The nonprofit rate and the two free seats per cohort follow the same policy. A free seat that goes unused without notice does not carry to the next cohort, because somebody else could have taken it.
Questions before you buy?
Ask them in the consult. Nothing here is negotiated after the fact that I would not say up front.
