Live captions run in every session by default, not on request. Cameras are optional in every session I run, always, and nobody is asked to explain why theirs is off.

Materials go out at least 24 hours before each session as a tagged PDF and a plain text version that works with a screen reader. Slides carry alt text on every image that carries meaning.

Every activity has a non-verbal path. If speaking out loud is not available to you, chat, the shared document and the breakout reporter role are all real ways to participate, not consolation prizes.

Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes with a break at 45 minutes.

The site targets WCAG 2.1 level AA. Text sits above a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio, every interactive element is reachable by keyboard with a visible focus ring, images carry alt text, and headings run in order.

The site works at 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling, and it respects your system setting for reduced motion and dark mode.

Known gap: a small number of older article graphics have short alt text that describes the image without carrying every label inside it. Those are being replaced.

ASL interpretation, a real time transcript delivered after the session and alternate document formats are all available for private engagements and for cohort seats. Request it when you book so the interpreter can be scheduled.
