The Room Deck.
The Room Deck (RoomDeck): a poker deck of 52 cards plus two jokers, printed with our mark. Draw for speaker order, breakout groups and warm up questions.
When you are done: Speaker order, breakout groups and warm up questions become a draw, so nobody has to decide them in front of the room.
What it is
A full poker deck: 52 cards and two jokers on 305 gsm cardstock, in a clear acrylic box, printed with the Online Facilitation Skills mark.
Why it exists
Facilitation is a run of small choices nobody wants to make out loud: who speaks first, which group goes where, which question opens. A draw makes the choice and the room moves on.
