Build the session in five boxes.

The plan I fill in before any slide exists. Type into it, and it tells you the timing shape and what is still missing. Nothing is sent anywhere, and there is no email field.

Works offline once the page loads. Print or copy when you are done.

Why does box one come first?

Because a session with no named behavior cannot be measured, and usually cannot be justified either. Everything else in the plan is downstream of what you want different on Monday.

If you cannot write box one in a sentence, the request was probably for a document, not a session.

Where did the timing split come from?

Ten years of running live sessions and watching where rooms drop. Roughly 8% opening, 55% core, 25% practice, 12% close, which puts about a third of the hour in the participant's hands rather than yours.

Adjust it. The split matters less than reserving real time for the close, which is the part facilitators cut when they run long.
