Overview

The OFS’s Team Performance workshop provides essential practices and visual tools needed to build and sustain high-performing teams and workgroups in face-to-face and virtual settings. Learn about the seven stages of team performance and the issues that impact team performance at each stage.

Our workshop leaders are experienced team-development consultants. They’ll share The OFS’s field-tested tools and best practices for team-startup activities, team interventions, and cases in which teams revisit their sense of purpose, commitment and productivity.

This workshop includes practitioner certification in The OFS’s Team Performance System and use of The OFS’s Team Performance Survey™. You will also be introduced to The OFS’s robust set of action-oriented best practices.
